在这个金秋送爽、丹桂飘香的季节，苏州外国语学校迎来了一场意义非凡的国际交流盛会。英国约克布斯汉姆学校的校长Deneal Smith先生与苏州市人民政府外事办公室欧非处副处长陆禾禾女士的到访，不仅为苏外注入了新的国际活力，更开启了两校友谊与合作的新篇章。10月24日，注定将成为两校历史上一个值得铭记的璀璨时刻。

In this beautiful autumn, Suzhou Foreign Language School (SFLS) was honored to host a significant international exchange event. The visit of Mr. Deneal Smith, Principal of Bootham School, and Ms. Lu Hehe, Deputy Director of the Europe and Africa Department of the Suzhou Foreign Affairs Office, brought new vitality to SFLS and marked the beginning of a promising chapter of friendship and cooperation between the two schools.

晨光初照，希望如晨曦般温暖而明亮。早晨9:15，由黄玉娟、吕骏老师领衔的接待团队，早已在苏州站静候佳音。当商务车缓缓驶来，仿佛承载着两校友谊的使者，缓缓开启了这一天的友好之旅。

At 9:15 a.m., led by Ms. Huang Yujuan and Mr. Lu Jun, the reception team eagerly awaited at Suzhou Station. The arrival of the guests marked the beginning of a warm and friendly day.

古典园林，韵味悠长，如诗如画。在英文导游的引领下，Deneal Smith校长与陆处长一行走进了世界文化遗产地——拙政园。这里，东方园林艺术的精妙与苏州古典文化的韵味交相辉映，仿佛一幅流动的画卷，让人沉醉其中。每一帧画面都定格了两国友谊的温馨瞬间，也见证了中英文化的深度交融与相互欣赏。

The group visited the Humble Administrator's Garden, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where the beauty of Eastern gardens and Suzhou’s rich cultural heritage were on full display, symbolizing the blend of Chinese and British cultures.
